I’m Ashley — a leader, educator, mother, and the founder of The Edify Collective.
My work has always been rooted in development — building systems, leading teams, and helping people grow into who they’re meant to be. With over a decade of experience in education and operations, I’ve managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led cross-functional teams, and worked in environments where how you show up directly impacts outcomes.
Through that experience, one thing became clear:
Confidence, presence, and perception are not separate from success — they shape it.
The Edify Collective was created from that understanding.
I don’t approach style as trends or aesthetics alone. I approach it as alignment — connecting identity, lifestyle, and goals to how you show up in the world.
